Iโve caught the fever! Come and march with me!
Weโll give them all a dose of anarchy!
Sure Iโm infected! Should I give a damn?
I have to show how virtuous I am.

in๐๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฒ! ๐๐จ ๐๐๐๐ค!
Weโre safely locked-down in our houses.
(We all know who now wears the trousers)
Weโre up that foul creek,
Indebted and weak,
And led by a bunch of girlโs blouses.

The old man has seen plagues and war,
But not such foolishness before.
He stares out from his lonely cave,
And thinks the Swedes are rather brave.
Heโd take his chances โ stand and fight,
But that no longer is his right.
They say they wish to keep him well.
Heโd tell them all to go to Hell.
Old friends and places heโll not see,
If he dies in captivity.

Getting paid not to fight! This is sweet!
In our trenches the war drums we beat.
We will never attack.
Let him pillage and sack!
We will wait till the foe sounds retreat.
