The Reactionary Someone

Was this about the 17 year old in Kenosha that killed two people? I’ve not seen enough reports to know all the circumstances but my guess at the beginning is that it could have been justified in the way you’ve written (or a hate-crime if those circumstances weren’t the case). Time will tell as the story unfolds.
Self-defence maybe — I’m no judge.
The homicide charges won’t succeed, but they may get him (justly) on reckless endangerment. Also, there may be firearm charges. I’m a Second Amendment absolutist, so I can’t say those will succeed justly. But they might succeed. The two guys he killed were scumbags. (Do they say that in Australia?)
Looking at the videos I thought self-defence, but I guess it will be very political. I believe he did probably commit a firearms offence by crossing the border. He’s only 17 which should help I guess. And yep, plenty of scumbags down here.
