The lizards are dyin’ of thirst,
And the red-bellied blacks – that’s a first.
All the cattle are dead
And the roos have all fled;
What we need is a flamin’ cloudburst.
Drought is rough. 😦 We’ve been out of ours 3 or 4 years now (I lose count quickly).
Since posting this we have had some good rain, so things are looking up.
