You know reading this — about the homogenization — made me think about how in some long-ago generations a lot of people regularly intermarried as close as first cousins — and that intermarriage, according to science, caused them to have a good deal of insanity and other serious negative effects in the next generations. Seems to me this new homogenization will do — is doing — the same thing.
